Biography

James R. (Jay) Hardman, Assistant Professor of Management, is Dean of Lindenwood University's Division of Management. He has 30 years of experience in the strategic planning and management of complex healthcare organizations. Prior to coming to Lindenwood in 2000, Hardman was president and chief executive officer of Unity Health System in St. Louis. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and his Master of Health Care Administration degree from Baylor University. Hardman is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
