coordinated the Rhode Island Country Club golf event; details to follow. Another death to report is that of  
Stephen J. Heiser of Sacramento, California. Steve was a former trial lawyer and self employed entrepreneur.
Our regrets to the Heiser family. On a personal note, I received my second award of the Secretary of the 
Army Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service and in August the John C. Flanagan Award for Lifetime 
Achievements in Military Psychology from the American Psychological Association Society for Military 
Psychology. I am most thankful for the recogntion. So what is occuring in your life; send news!
