October, 1999. Edwin L. "Win" Johnson was appointed Vice President for Finance and Treasurer of the College. Win has been a member of the College's administrative staff since 1982, when he was appointed Associate Controller. He was appointed Director of Financial Services and Associate Treasurer in 1984. He has served as Acting Vice President and Treasurer since June 1998. A resident of Brownsville, Vt., Win majored in economics. He served two years in the United States Army as a lieutenant before going on to the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, where he received a master's degree in business administration in 1971. From 1972 to 1977 he was Executive Director of the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission, headquartered in Springfield, Vt. From 1977 to 1982 he served at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, N.H., first as Assistant Controller and then as Controller, before joining Dartmouth in 1982. Robert De Wan Fagan was named President and Chief Executive Officer at TECO. TECO Energy is a diversified energy-related holding company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Prior to moving to TECO, Bob served as president of PP&L Global, Inc., since 1994. Before joining PP&L, Fagan was vice president and general manager of Mission Energy Company, the power development arm of Edison International. He was responsible for the management of Mission Energy's significant North American operations. In addition to his domestic experience, Fagan has extensive international experience. Bob has two degrees from Dartmouth, a B.A. in Engineering Science and an M.E. degree in Chemical Engineering. Ellis A. Regenbogen has joined the Dallas law firm of Godwin, White, & Gruber to serve as Chairman of the Corporate and Securities Section and a Shareholder. His experience includes positions as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Search Financial Services Inc., Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of American Medical Electronics, Inc., Partner with the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis, & Pogue, and Deputy General Counsel of Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. He began his legal career with the New York law firm of Chadbourne, Park, Whiteside, & Wolff. Ellis picked up his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1970. Michael A. Wolff joined other former editors of The Dartmouth for a celebration of The D's 200th anniversary. Mike was editor-in-chief and chairman of the board of The D in 1966-67. Currently, he is a Missouri Supreme Court Judge. After receiving his J.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1970, Mike went to Missouri. Judge Wolff served on the faculty of St. Louis University School of Law before being appointed to the Court in August, 1998. He was a federal court law clerk and Legal Services lawyer prior to joining the St. Louis University faculty in 1975. He was active in trial practice in St. Louis, and served as chief counsel (1993-94) and special counsel (1994-1998) to the Governor of Missouri. Mike is married to Patricia Barrett, a pediatrician. They have two sons, Andy and Ben.
