A. David Mangelsdorff, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Welcome aboard Doc Mangelsdorff's dynamic cybermarine. Permit me to introduce myself: health psychologist, Fulbright scholar, research consultant, philanthropist, theatre patron, damn- yankee, lover of cats, and traveler over many seas and paths. My odyssey has been a quest for expanding my knowledge, solving problems, teaching, writing, and testing the limits. My current position is as a professor with the Army - Baylor University Graduate Program in Health & Business Administration (at Fort Sam Houston) where I have been recognized as educator of the year. My home port is San Antonio, Texas (29 52' N Latitude, 98 54' W Longitude). These coordinates offer resources for exploring cyberspace, navigating sites, my publications (some of which you can view and download), my experiences (both military and civilian), teaching recommendations (OB, IH, RM, TC, TL, Rd, DP, PS) country studies (Germany, Suriname, United States of America), international consultations (TTCP, NATO, peace operations) and interesting flotsam.

Tracking notable figures like many of our Baylor graduates is one of my roles (in the tradition of James Boswell). As alumni secretary, I perform similar functions chronicling my Dartmouth College classmates. The tasks fit in with my interests in genealogy and history. Have traced my German roots back into the 1500s to the Brandenburg and Berlin areas. If you are ready to explore, I will serve as your host. If you need more information, contact me or send feedback! Enjoy the cruise! Triangulate your azimuth to return to SAT! ~ ~ ~
